We have home building projects every week and we need several expert general contractors to do the build outs.
You will be responsible for:
- Building a deck outdoors and supplying materials
- Managing electrical and running electrical to the deck
- Managing plumbing and running plumbing to the deck
- Building several pieces of outdoor furniture
Each project will be given at a specific price per square fit.
You will also be responsible for acquiring the permits for the projects.
All GCs and builders will be asked for client references and imagery of projects they have built.
